Short Title: An act to further amend Section 4 of Public law 30-57 and to authorize the Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port of Guam to enter into negotiations for the acquisition of the “POLA” gantry cranes owned by Matson Navigation Company and Horizon Lines, Inc.
