Please be advised that the Committee on Environment, Land, Agriculture, and Procurement Reform will be conducting a Public Hearing on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.This meeting will take place in the Public Hearing Room of I Liheslaturan Guahan.  The agenda is as follows:

Executive Appointment of Ms. Amanda Santos to serve as a member of the Chamorro Land Trust Commission.

Bill No. 121-34 (COR)An act to amend §5425(h) and to add a new §5634 to Title 5 GCA, relative to requiring payment of liquidated damages for fraudulent or frivolous procurement protests and requiring payment of a fine of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) by the Director of the procuring agency when a second procurement protest is resolved with a conclusion favorable to the protestant. Bill No. 211-34 (COR) An act to add a new Article 15 to Title 5 GCA, relative to prioritizing the procurement of certain supplies or services.  Intro by Sen. F. B. Esteves

Bill No. 213-34 (LS) An act to provide for a land exchange of private property being used as public access in Chalan Famha, municipality of Chalan Pago-Ordot with government property in the municipality of Dededo; and for the deletion of an unused dedicated easement in Chalan Famha and the return of deleted easement to the original landowners.  Intro by Sen. Bill No. 215-34 (LS), As Corrected by the Prime Sponsor An act to add a new subsection (h) to § 80104 of Chapter 80, Title 21, Guam Code Annotated, relative to creating a Guam Ancestral Lands Commission survey, infrastructure, and development fund from the lease proceeds of leases of Apra harbor reservation F-12 and parcel N14-1 (Polaris Point Parcels) and to authorize uses of the fund.  Intro by Sen. Bill No. 216-34 (LS) An act to grant administrative jurisdiction of a four (4) acre portion of Parcel 1-3 as shown on map 055FY2014, municipality of Piti to the Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency.  Intro by Sen. T.C. Ada

Bill No. 98-34 (LS), As SubstitutedAn act to add §§75122(c)(21) and 75122(c)(21)(A) to Title 21 Guam Code Annotated, relative to approving an amendment to an existing license agreement with the Chamorro Land Trust Commission (CLTC), and to provide a continuing annual appropriation from the Recycling Revolving Fund to provide payment for a prior year obligation resulting from a 2001 license agreement executed by CLTC for 25,000 metric tons of metallic waste removal from the island of Guam.
