Please be advised that the Committee on Environment, Land, Agriculture, and Procurement Reform will be conducting a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.This meeting will take place in the Public Hearing Room of I Liheslaturan Guahan.  The agenda is as follows:

Bill No. 121-34 (COR)An act to amend item (2) of §5425(h) of Subarticle A, Article 9, and to add a new §5634 to Subarticle B, Article 11, both of Chapter 5, Title 5, Guam Code Annotated, relative to requiring the payment of liquidated damages for fraudulent or frivolous procurement protests and requiring the payment of a fine of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) by the Director of the procuring agency and the Director of the procurement agency when a second procurement protest is resolved with a conclusion favorable to the protestant. – M. Bill No. 145-34 (COR), As Corrected by the Prime SponosrAn act to repeal Section 41004, Subsection (a) (4) and (5) of Article 10, Title 12 of the Guam Code Annotated; An act to amend §20101 of Title 11 of the Guam Code Annotated relative to authorizing fees imposed on the sale and transfer of interest on real property and to be deposited into the housing trust fund program; An act to add §24713, Division 2, Article 7 of Title 11, authorizing the collection of delinquent property taxes to be deposited into the housing trust fund program. – T.
