Please be advised that the Committee on Environment, Land, Agriculture, and Procurement Reform will be conducting a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.This meeting will take place in the Public Hearing Room of I Liheslaturan Guahan.  The agenda is as follows:

Bill No. 161-34 (COR) – An act to transfer Lot 5173 NEW-2-R2, known as the Tamuning multi-purpose field, and portion of Lot 5173-NEW-3, from the Chamorro Land Trust inventory to the jurisdiction and responsibility of the Tamuning Mayor’s Office. – J.S. San Agustin / W.M. Castro / D.G. Rodriguez, Jr.

Bill No. 166-34 (COR) – An act to amend § 60401 of Article 4, Chapter 60, Title 21, Guam Code Annotated, relative to the composition of the Guam Land Use Commission. – F.B. Aguon, Jr. (rescheduled at the request of the sponsor)

Bill No. 170-34 (COR) – An act to amend § 71101(c) of Chapter 71 of Title 5, Guam Code Annotate, relative to designating, specifying, and delineating the area for the Northern Soil and Water Conservation District and the Southern Soil and Water Conservation District. – T.C. Ada

Bill No. 171-34 (COR) – An act to authorize the Governor of Guam to exchange a portion of land reserved for land exchanges for private property needed by the government of Guam for a ponding basin. – T.C. Ada

Bill No. 172-34 (COR) – An act to authorize the expenditure of thirty-four thousand three hundred twelve dollars ($34,312) from the Chamorro Land Trust Survey and Infrastructure Fund to pay for leasehold improvements on Chamorro Land Trust Commission (CLTC) leased Lot 11, Block 2, Tract 10314, Municipality of Dededo, that is being voluntarily surrendered by CLTC lessee. – T.C.
